EAC Exemption Letter (Negative Statement)

Many goods are subject to the obligatory quality certification according to EAC TR CU Directives.

In the case, that your products do not subject of certification or declaration according to TR CU Directives, but your customers still need a proof, there is a possibility of the issue of Exemption Letter (“Negative Statement”).

An Exemption Letter confirms the freedom from the certification duty for your goods.
